Devil’s Five Review

Nick Girimonte on far right led his documentary team to capture Devil’s Five Red Carpet World Premiere

“Working under Terry has always been a pleasure. He’s a wonderful director, mentor, and friend. I had the opportunity to lead the documentary team on the night of the Red Carpet Premiere. The event itself was an incredible experience for my crew and I.  During the shoot, we shot in the theaters to capture some of the work from each film.

I was blown away by how well put together these films were. Each and everyone of them had special elements, but some stood out more then others.

Screen grab from “Abandoned” shows Wickham’s vision for the suspense-filled segment photographed by Cinematographer Adrian Popescu

Abandoned” by Terry Wickham was my favorite one shown.  First off, the Cinematography on this film was amazing. The direction of the story and actors were spot on. Terry really knows how to get his actors to really fit perfect into the story, like a puzzle piece. The editing of this film was really well done.

I loved how some shots you can see through the DSLR camera while also having the actress in the right side of the frame. Film score on this film was also very beautiful and fit perfectly in this project. I can always learn and take something home after always working with Terry and watching his films.” – Nick Girimonte

Devil’s Five Review

“The Devils Five (aka The Wraparound )”
Really good film. From the acting, directing and the writing is what horror fans want and this film delivered!!!

“Abandoned”
Excellent film. Loved how the director mixed suspense and sexiness in the film. Great performances by the two leads.

“Don’t Say These Words”
This one was one of my favorites to watch. The mixed of horror, humor, the camcorder VHS look the 80’s feel was really entertaining to watch. Great ending by the way! Loved it!

“Choke”
Very unique and different approach on how the film opened up for a horror genre. Wasn’t expecting that. The whole feel and approach of this horror film was extremely entertaining.

“Stash”
Loved it! Keeps you guessing and wondering till the very end! The ending was finger nail bitting to the last frame! – Director Glenn McBride Jr

Review of Devils Five

-“Sunday night, October 22, 2017, I attended the Red Carpet World Premiere event for “Devils Five”. The film was a well thought out joy ride, reminiscent of the feel of old classic horror and new age. ‘Don’t Say These Words’ was one of my favorites in this series. The comedic elements,  talented cast and  right amount of suspense set in the 1980’s brought me back to why I enjoyed the horror genre. ‘Devils Five’ is a great film for horror fans and non-horror fans alike. The film is told in such a way that it’s not overly gruesome, but enough shock value to keep you engaged. An overall great job by cast, and crew! – Michelle Morales
